At first glance, the tagline “transforming culture” may seem simple, but behind those words lies the intricate and impactful work of a consultancy firm breaking new ground in regional Australia.
Their mission? To catalyze a cultural revolution across government, industry, and education sectors, steering culture away from caution and towards courage.
Their new brand is an artful blend of professionalism and an innate connection to the Australian bush culture. To achieve this, we began by grounding the brand in a deep blue, reminiscent of the starry night sky, with hints of gold, adding a touch of magic and ethereal elegance. The color palette extends to the rich earthy tones of the Australian landscape, featuring creams, reds, and browns, evoking the rugged beauty of the land.
High-quality photography featuring native flora and landscapes was an essential element, instilling a sense of serenity throughout the brand. To bridge cultures, we delved into Greek mythology, weaving the divine masculine and feminine aspects, symbolizing a balance that resonates with both genders. This balance is mirrored in the choice of an elegant font, marrying sophistication and accessibility.
To complete the transformation, we crafted a classic monogram, a subtle yet powerful symbol embodying the moral compass that guides their work and the silent but profound mark they’re making in the heart of the Australian bush.
