It’s a 1:1 intensive where I will work solely on your brand for a solid 7 hours. We cut out the wait time, the meetings, and the back and forth emails and simply get down to (your) business. You’ll get expedited results as we map out your to-do list and get your design projects ticked off fast!
You don’t have months to wait around to find a space in a designer’s schedule, because you’re busy and important and changing the world. And your brand is already beautifully designed, with an infinite amount of assets at your fingertips. What you don’t have is the time (or possibly the skill) to pull together those combinations of fonts, colours, tiles and wrestle with Canva. Honestly, you’ve got better things to do, and a life to live. I get it! That’s why VIP Design Days are the answer.

Of course it goes without saying that your input is 100% necessary for this kind of VIP treatment and your attendance for the day (we can share snacks!) is essential for us to be able to do our best work.

Questions? We powered through a lot in one day so talk about information overload. We're here to help. You'll get 48 hours of email support just in case you need any burning questions answered, free of charge of course.

Unfortunately this is a tough one to answer — the amount we get done depends on the scope of work (what’s required), and how much info you provide us with! We suggest aiming for 2-3 main tasks & pop in some extras that we can jump onto if time allows! For a half day, 1-2 main tasks are recommended, with extras listed in case. We will chat through your list of to-do’s in our initial strategy call and will be able to confirm what will be doable then for you.
This is not a service that we currently offer in-house but if this is something that you need a hand with we can connect you with the right people so that you can get your copywriting together and finalised before we book in a design day. We recommend that it is best to confirm your content first and then design second.
We require prepayment before your design day is booked in. If you need to split the payment up to help with your cash flow we are happy to do so but the day will need to be paid in full before we begin.
Supplying your content is the only thing that you need to do so that we can organise your design for you. If you are unable to supply your content in a timely manner this is unfortunately out of our control. We wouldn’t recommend booking in a day if you don’t already have in mind what you need designed and content ready to go. We’ve said no to other clients to hold this place for you so we expect you to be organised and have everything ready for us. If we do not receive your content and list of scheduled jobs x3 days before commencement, your design day will be forfeited and you will lose the deposit paid.

We understand that everything doesn’t always go to plan and sometimes we all need to reschedule things due to reasons outside of our control. We ask if you can please provide us notice of at least seven days if you need to reschedule your VIP day to minimise any disruption to our studio flow. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your day pass a rescheduling fee may be added to your invoice.
That will depend on the job at hand! If we are creating materials for print, you will receive finished PDF files (print or digital ready) and flat graphics for your design items (once approved). Our Adobe working files are not included, but we are super happy to provide for you for an additional fee if you want to maintain these in-house. If your design day tasks include the creation of Canva, SquareSpace or other templated documentation, these will not require a ‘template fee’.
If we dont get everything confirmed in our day additional revisions may be required. To complete these you can either book in an additional Day/Half day or if the changes are minimal these can be added as blocks of time charged at our hourly rate of $150+GST.
