Foundations for Scale empower CEOs and Founders in the tech space by building exceptional workplace cultures and scaling them seamlessly. Their key motivator is authenticity in a world of sales pitched HR companies.
We worked with Chris, the dynamic founder, to identify the company’s main visual assets and bring them to life with a modern, fresh approach. We started with a modern serif font to capture the company’s upbeat vibe and added a color palette featuring trustworthy navy blue, vibrant aqua, and grounding aubergine. Our goal was to position Foundations for Scale as a leader in the tech space by building trust, credibility, and a strong connection with clients. To achieve this, we designed a modern layout filled with color and interesting shapes for highlighting key information.
The bespoke brand mark we created consists of three parts: an arc of a bridge symbolizing connection and support, a column representing strong foundations, and an “F” to cement their ethos of growth, roots, and balance. For companion imagery, we selected aspirational office shots filled with light and modern spaces to quietly comment on growth and forward momentum. The images were carefully chosen to reflect the diversity of people in the businesses Chris works with.
Overall, the new brand firmly stands on its own, echoing a bold, relatable tone that will attract the right clients for years to come.
