You need to know who they are and what problems they want solved so you can focus all your efforts around this. Learn about them – how they talk, what they like and what they don’t, so you can build a brand which will be 100% aligned with them.
Why is this important? Give them what they want, or solve their problem and they will want to engage with, learn from AND most importantly buy from you!
